Program Description:
Expense-N-Go™ is a simple to use expense reporting system for Palm Powered handheld devices. Simply create an expense report giving it an appropriate name. Start entering expenses and the program will keep a total amount for each expense report you create. You can also see at a glace how much has been spent in each expense type will the ability to "drill down" and see the underlying expense details.
When an expense report is complete, you can create reports in order by both Date (with daily sub-totals) and by Expense Type (with sub-totals by Expense Type). A reconcile feature allows you to keep track of when an expense report was submitted for reimbursement and the date it was reimbursed along with the amount. No more trying to find a copy of your submitted report to make sure you got all of your money!
